    The American Society of Civil Engineers board of directors has established the Dan M. Frangopol Medal for Life-Cycle Engineering of Civil Structures in honor of Dan Frangopol, a distinguished CU Boulder professor emeritus with a significant career in the university’s Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering.

    More than 250 undergraduate and graduate students attended the second annual Physics and Quantum Career & Internship Fair in October. Held in partnership with JILA and CUbit, the event drew more than 25 employers from industry, national labs and government agencies.
