- Chris Ewing, assistant vice chancellor for planning, design and construction, has named Mike Turman director of design and construction. Turman begins his new role July 1 and replaces Bill Ward, who retired last year after 21 years of service at CU Boulder.
- RTD’s last day servicing the route will be Friday, Aug. 9. The route then becomes part of CU Boulder’s network of free inter- and intra-campus Buff Bus service.
- The Water Desk—a newly-formed independent news initiative dedicated to expanding coverage of Western water issues—is now accepting grant applications.
- The JILA researcher was named as one of three winners for this year's Blavatnik Awards.
