Ready to celebrate CU pride and traditions this fall? Join the Herd Leadership Council during Spirit Days! Enjoy free food and free Buff gear before playing lawn games and hanging out with friends on Norlin Quad.

A Buff OneCard is required for free food and free Buff gear.

All Spirit Days are held at Norlin Quad unless otherwise noted, starting at 11 a.m. and ending at 2 p.m. or when we run out of food:

  • Sept. 19 (located at Farrand Field)

  • Oct. 25

  • Nov. 15
