By Air:
Flight arrangements for speakers and other invitees are made through Vision Travel Solutions as described in your invitation letter.
For those flying into Denver International Airport, the easiest way to get to the Boulderado Hotel is through the WESTBOUND RTD bus which takes about an hour and drops off in downtown Boulder. To get to the RTD bus stop exit at the far South end of the main terminal, go down the escalator. There will be machines to purchase a ticket for $9 for the AB Bus (1 or 2) to Boulder. The AB Bus stop is on the Northeast end of that lower level.
From the Downtown Boulder RTD Station (1800 14th St, Boulder) to the Boulderado Hotel (2115 13th St, Boulder) is a 6 minute Walk: Route link
To return to DIA Airport you catch the same bus back EASTBOUND to DIA from the Downtown Boulder terminal.
By Car:
We are seeking to provide parking for all speakers who request it. Let Natalie Torres know (Natalie.Torres@Colorado.edu) if you will need parking.
Public parking is also available at these locations.
Lodging:
A set of rooms has been reserved for Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Hotel Boulderado for long-distance speakers and invitees as described in your invitation letter. Contact Natalie.Torres@Colorado.edu if you have questions about lodging.
