Performance evaluation cycle for university staff ends soon

The university staff 2020-2021 performance evaluation cycle is coming to an end! All performance evaluations should be completed in Cornerstone by Feb. 15, 2021. Review these tips to help you prepare for your performance review. 

Resources for supervisors

If you have already implemented goals for your employees at the beginning of the cycle, then please proceed to evaluate the goals set in place. Otherwise, given all that has happened this year, evaluation on the core competencies rolled out from campus HR will be sufficient for this 2020-2021 cycle.
