June Produce Pop-up events
The CU Boulder Food Assistance Program is hosting Produce Pop-up events on Wednesdays in June from 3-5 p.m. Events will be in the parking lot between the UMC and CASE. Attendees can walk up or drive through to receive one box of fresh produce. Volunteers are needed to help at each distribution. Learn more and sign up to volunteer.
UMC recognized by Association of College Unions International
The Association of College Unions International (ACUI) is recognizing the University Memorial Center (UMC) and CU Boulder for 75 years as an outstanding member. Joining the organization in 1945, the UMC has made significant contributions to ACUI and remains committed to student success and advancing community on our campus. In addition, Jimmie Baker, former senior associate director, is a recipient of the 2020 Emeritus Award, honoring his hard work, leadership and dedication throughout his 32 years with the UMC.
Recreation Services offers virtual summer programming
Recreation Services is also offering a number of ways for students, staff and faculty to stay healthy and engaged. From the comfort of your home, try a positive intention meditation, live or pre-recorded fitness classes or a short stretch break to keep yourself moving throughout the day. Live Virtual Outdoor Program presentations and Live Fitness Classes are available to anyone with an Identikey.
