Compliance Corner: Parking expenses

Cars parked on the CU Boulder campus.
Parking permits or meter cards can be purchased at Parking and Transportation Services with a P-card or speedtype for non-university guests, such as a vendors, guest speakers or job candidates. A travel card can also be used to pay for university guests at a parking meter. Employee parking on campus is not an allowable expense and must be covered by the employee. Departments must maintain logs to show purchase and guest names/date/reason if purchasing multiple permits at a time. A travel card can be used to pay for costs relating to a secondary work location including work or meetings on east campus if your primary work location is on central campus. If you don’t have a travel card, obtain receipts if possible and submit for reimbursement. You can also use your travel card to pay for university guest parking off campus. If you have any questions about this policy, contact your department's procurement expert or Student Affairs Financial Services Manager Jason Swope.

Beta Theta Pi joins the CU Boulder community, offers scholarship opportunity

Beta Theta Pi is CU Boulder’s newest affiliated fraternity, and we want to support them in their success. During the establishment period, the fraternity will recruit founding members who want to excel on campus as gentlemen, leaders and scholars while building a genuine fraternity experience that will last for generations. Beta Theta Phi is also offering a scholarship to all unaffiliated (non-Greek) males – up to $1,000 in scholarships is available. If you have students who may be interested in becoming a founding member of Beta Theta Pi, or have general questions about Fraternity and Sorority Life, please contact Stephanie Baldwin.
