The Astronaut Scholarship:The Astronaut Scholarship, founded in 1984 by the Mercury 7 astronauts, is open to exceptional rising juniors and seniors pursuing STEM degrees and has an award value of up to $15,000 per academic year. In addition to the monetary value of the scholarship, the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation connects current Astronaut Scholars and Astronaut Scholar alum with mentorship and networking opportunities that go far beyond your average scholarship. Required Qualifications:
CU-Boulder engineering student with a minimum GPA of 2.3. To be successful in this position, you must enjoy the design process and be eager to help students design, create, explore, and learn. Applicant must have completed a hands-on projects course such as GEEN 1400, and be familiar with design and fabrication resources.
