Strategic Relations and Communications consists of experts in all areas of marketing and communications, including media relations, strategic communications, issues management, web development, constituent experience, market research, digital marketing, content strategy and creative services. Our cross-functional team partners with unit leaders and communicators across campus to achieve CU Boulder’s mission.
Constituent Experience and Technology
The CX and technology team specializes in understanding audience sentiments, concerns and needs while providing communication support to all Buffs. The team uses qualitative and quantitative research and audience listening to inform operations, development, communications and brand management.
Marketing and Content Strategy
The marketing and content strategy team develops and implements data-informed, audience-centric strategies that help foster a positive brand experience for all Buffs. The team includes marketing, content strategy, UX and creative services.
The strategic communications team organizes and executes communication plans that enhance CU Boulder’s reputation as a leading AAU research university. The team supports executive communications, event communications, strategic partnerships for news and editorial content, and issues management.
Budget and Financial Administration
The budget and financial administration team manages Strategic Relations and Communications’ operations and foundation.
