Find community in an employee affinity group

Employee affinity groups are community spaces that bring staff and faculty together over shared experiences, interests or commitments. These groups create opportunities to connect across campus, build supportive relationships, and share resources so that all employees can feel valued, included, and supported. Affinity groups are open to all staff and faculty at CU Boulder and do not discriminate.* 

There are currently 10 active employee affinity groups at CU Boulder. More information can be found on the Affinity Group Resource Hub (requires login with your CU IdentiKey).
