Paid Parental Leave Focus of University of Colorado Staff Council

University of Colorado Staff Council, comprised of representatives from the staff councils on each of the four CU campuses, formed a working group to address the needs expressed by CU staff regarding paid parental leave. They have drafted a white paper in support of paid parental leave and are seeking feedback from chief human resource officers on each campus. Boulder Campus Staff Council is dedicated to working with our system colleagues and human resource officers to further this initiative.
