Countdown to Graduation!

Celebrate your achievement with fellow graduates, faculty, family, and friends as we recognize the Class of Spring 2026. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about the SLHS Recognition Ceremony, important deadlines, and commencement events.
 

Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences Recognition Ceremony

Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Time: 4:00–6:30 p.m. 
Location: Limelight Hotel, Ballroom

Reception
A reception with light food and beverages will follow the ceremony in the hotel's outdoor event space.

Guests
Family and friends are welcome. Tickets and reservations are not required.

Attire
This is a regalia (cap and gown) ceremony.
 
RSVP Information
RSVPs are not required to participate in the SLHS Recognition Ceremony, but submitting one helps us plan seating and refreshments. Please use this RSVP form to submit your response by April 18.

Event Parking 
Information on free on-campus parking is available on the Commencement Arrival & Parking Information page. The closest parking lot to the Limelight Hotel is the Grandview Parking Garage (Lot 296) located just north of the Limelight Hotel. CU parking is available on levels 3 and above. Please Note: Lower levels B1-2 are reserved for Limelight Hotel guests.

CU Boulder Main Commencement Ceremony

Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Time: 8:30 am 
Location: Folsom Field stadium
 

No tickets or registration are required for guests of the graduating students. Livestream links with captions in English and Spanish will be available on the homepage the morning of the commencement ceremony.

Information & Communications

  • General graduation information will be emailed to students in late March or early April
     
  • Detailed instructions for graduates will be sent approximately two weeks prior to graduation
     
  • Students are responsible for sharing ceremony details with family and guests
