Brenda Baker

Brenda Baker supports the SLHS department by coordinating academic operations, including course scheduling and curriculum planning. She holds an English degree from the University of Michigan and pursued graduate studies in linguistics at CU Boulder. Her background in educational leadership, communications, and marketing spans higher education, nonprofit leadership, and corporate marketing, giving her a unique ability to connect people, ideas, and resources. With a collaborative approach, she helps create a welcoming, well-organized environment for students, faculty, and staff, and is committed to supporting the department’s mission.
