Table Request - 2025 Core Facilities Open House and Industry Fair

Thank you for supporting the 2025 CU Boulder Core Facilities Open House! Should you have any questions or needs, please reach out to Joe Dragavon or Alicia Adelman.

For the 2025 edition, we will not be providing poster stands, but we are happy to have a clothed table and clips for use on the fabric walls ready for your group!

We will need final Table information by Tuesday, September 30th to ensure a table and tablecloth for you! Reach out to Alicia Adelman (alad7626@colorado.edu), if you are unsure if you have signed up.

  • 8:30 - 10am: Table setup
  • 10am - 11am: Cores and Industry interaction time
  • 11am - 2pm: Open House and Local Industry Fair
  • 12pm: Lunch made available
  • 2pm - 3pm: Takedown

Boxed lunches will be provided for up to 2 representatives.
