Instrument Description:
The Nikon N-STORM is a super resolution microscope capable of achieving 20nm resolution in x and y. Equipped with two Andor 897 Ultra EMCCDs, this system can be used for dual color STORM. Using the astigmatism add-on or the Double Helix module enables 3D super resolution imaging. The microscope utilizes four laser lines: 405, 488, 561, and 647nm, as well as a white light LED light source.
