The Colorado Shared Instrumentation in Nanofabrication and Characterization (COSINC) is a multidisciplinary shared user facility and service center (nanofabrication cleanroom and material characterization)
COSINC plays an instrumental role in leading Colorado in the areas of micro-, nanofabrication and material characterization.
By effectively providing open-access services to state-of-the-art instrumentation, advanced education, and hands-on training in these areas within the region, COSINC impacts and enables innovations in a wide range of scientific and technological research areas from electronics, photonics, quantum science, engineering, energy, environment to bio-medical, pharmaceutical and nanomedicine. COSINC will also support the NSF award to build the National Quantum Nanofab (NQN) facility.
