- STUDENT
I think as an undergraduate student, programs like these can be very beneficial in helping students get a more hands on approach to their learning. Other than labs, a lot of learning at CU is through lectures, and although those are needed, the success of research goes beyond just sitting in a classroom. I, like a lot of students at CU, have plans of attending graduate school. This program is a great starting point in teaching students how to grow and nourish the strengths of research, analysis, writing, etc. that will be needed in graduate school and years beyond. This program is especially helpful in connecting students to people in specific fields, thus creating a more enriching connection to actual interests of the student.
