I feel that this program will greatly benefit my future aspirations in my adventure in the field of Anthropology. Being in CU’s Army ROTC program, my ability to participate and further my academic and research aspirations are limited to the academic terms of the Fall & spring semesters. Due to this issue, I feel the Studio Lab program is perfect for my Undergraduate availability. Participating in this program will not only make me a more robust candidate for future graduate programs but also make me a more valuable cadet commissioning in the U.S. Army, notably in one of my preferred branches involving medical services. I was recommended to join this program by faculty in the Anthropology Dept. to develop my research and lab skills in preparation for a senior honors thesis.
