Evan Yakely

This Studio Lab program is an experience I have wanted to be apart of since before I even enrolled at CU Boulder. When I was younger, my grandpa was president of the Colorado Medical Society. I looked up to him so much, and wanted to make an impact like he has. He introduced me into a love for science at a very early age, and it has only grown as I’ve gotten older. This program enables me to get hands on experience in studying the things that interest me. I am interested in Anthropology, Astronomy, Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Environmental Studies, Geography, Geology, Humanities, Integrative Physiology, Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, Neuroscience, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Sociology.
