I believe that the Studio Lab Program could enrich my college education because it provides me with a unique experience with hands-on and real world learning. This experience would not only provide me with a better understanding of subjects I’m currently passionate about, but would also allow me to learn from professionals in a hands-on way, something traditional lecture is unable to offer. I also believe that working in an inclusive lab with others who are like-minded, driven, and passionate on a subject can teach me much more about how to work with many different types of people. This will drive my curiosity into research to allow me to thrive and effectively work on new and exciting projects. I am interested in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Integrative Physiology, Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, Neuroscience.
