Sophie Castillo

Sophie was an undergraduate student at the University of Colorado at Boulder majoring in environmental engineering with a global engineering and history minor. She had declared a focus on air quality. Her research interests were in forest fire mitigation, environmental justice and policy, and toxic emission management. When not in the classroom, Sophie enjoyed watching movies, running, and spending time with friends and family.
