Luigi Valeno (He/Him)
Luigi Valeno has been working with the musical arts at the performative level for over ten years in the Boulder, Colorado, area. A local to the front range, he began his performance career as a street artist. Luigi’s musical work is centered around an attempt to communicate, through the visual and sonic arts, ideas and feelings which cannot be understood nor shared with an audience through text or speech. His lyrical and musical work centers on themes of loss, addiction, love, death, and self-reflection.
Out to Find
This song is a conversation with myself. I do most of my thinking in the company of my guitar. Only through music have I ever been able to come to terms with loss and the fleetingness of my own life. Though there is no true way to communicate one’s own thought process, it is my hope, regardless, that Out to Find manages to leave the viewer with a better understanding of the ways I have found meaning in my own struggle, also some knowledge of who I am as a person and an artist.
