Austin Shobe (He/His)
Austin Shobe is a filmmaker and media artist who enjoys creating light-hearted video content. He graduates in May 2022 with a degree in Media Production and a minor in Cinema Studies from the University of Colorado. He was previously a videographer and editor for Fulframe, a media agency based in Boulder Colorado. Originally from Seattle, Austin enjoys his automotive hobbies such as attending car events and watching Formula 1. He is actively seeking a career in the automotive industry. Austin is currently located in Boulder.
The Last Vlog
During his freshman year of college, Austin Shobe decided to record his daily activities in order to capture his strange new life. These video logs (vlogs) were posted to YouTube where Austin gained a small following over the year. Although the videos were originally created for his family, he figured that he would one day look back at these vlogs fondly. That day has now arrived. Austin arrived at college as a naive 19 year old. He is now graduating as a more complete 22 year old with four years of personal and global change behind him. Austin may cringe at the past, but maybe there is something of value to be learned from this part of his life.
