Accident 24 is an immersive VR experience where the viewer will go through two uniquely designed worlds created by myself. These worlds were made to match the “vibe” of the songs that accompany them which I produced.
Alec Jonke (He/Him)
Alec Jonke is a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder studying visual arts and media production. Alec specializes in both sonic arts as well as VR/AR media and is interested in combining the two to create immersive experiences. He is just starting out in the world of immersive media but is excited to see the different ways that he can utilize his knowledge of various media types to create provoking art. He hopes that any viewer can not only enjoy but escape into the work that he creates.

Accident 24 is an immersive VR experience where viewers will travel through two uniquely crafted scenes.These scenes were made to visually represent the “vibe” of the backing tracks, which were produced by myself. You will travel through an urban city environment with glowing night lights while listening to the song“Late Night Drive”, then travel to an ethereal realm with glowing shapes and particles that are reacting to the floaty experimental track “Cloudy Feelings”. This experience is a melding of immersive and sonic media in order to create a somewhat new type of experiencing music. My hope is to continue to experiment this medium to see where the realm of sonic XR content can be pushed to
