One of the benefits of being a postdoc at CU is that you have services of the Office of Faculty Relations available to you free of charge. Faculty Relations offers coaching and mediation services to postdocs to deal with the kinds of problems that are regular occurrences in professional life. Karen Tracy, Associate Director of Faculty Relations and a professor emeritus of communication can help you navigate difficult moments. Karen brings years of experience working with faculty, doctoral students, and visiting scholars. She will ask you questions about the challenges you confront, assist you in identifying different ways to respond, and then help you determine which option is best for you.
