As a way to promote networking within our postdoctoral community and with University of Colorado, Anschutz postdoctoral community, our two groups participated in a hike on Saturday, July 17, 2017, at the North Table Loop Trailhead in Golden, Colorado. This was a great 3.5 mile hike, where we enjoyed the sights of the Foothills and Denver as well as make new friends. A total of 15 postdocs, from both campuses (and NOAA!) participated in this hike.
The University of Colorado, Boulder, Postdoctoral Association of Colorado (PAC) will continue hosting (and co-hosting) these hikes throughout the rest of the summer and this fall, at various difficulty levels, to welcome all postdocs and their families in these fun, relaxing events.
