BOULDER – On Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, the University of Colorado football team will play the University of Southern California in its first weeknight home game in three years and in front of a national television audience on ESPN2. Drivers should expect to see heavier than usual traffic around the Boulder campus and on the roads that lead into Boulder.

Campus parking lots will open for spectators starting at 3 p.m. The gates to the stadium will open at 5 p.m. and game time is scheduled for a few minutes after 7 p.m. This means that most fans will be coming to Boulder during the evening rush hour. Roads that may be impacted include U.S. 36 from Denver, Highway 93 from Golden, and Highway 119 from Longmont.

The CU Boulder Police Department recommends that all drivers coming to Boulder on Friday afternoon and evening consider taking public transportation or alternate routes. Allow additional time to your travel plans.
