The University of Colorado Boulder Police Department is always looking for opportunities to connect on a personal level with our community. Currently, we do this through our ride along program, coffee with a cop, and active harmer response classes, as well as our outreach programs.

CUPD Community Safety Officials and Residential Service Officers regularly engage with students in activities like midnight pancake breakfasts in the residence halls, friendly games of cricket, book clubs, international coffee hour and much more.

We also partner with organizations on campus such as CU Student Government, CU Boulder Hillel and the Center for African and African American Studies to provide safety education and resources while building strong relationships and providing positive ways for the university and wider community to engage with the police department.

In the city of Boulder, we regularly contribute to discussions and activities as members of the Hill Revitalization Working Group.

You can also find us delivering safety presentations to new students and their families as we welcome them to campus and to Boulder.

If you would like to invite us to your next community event, let us know! Please call 303-492-8168.
