With 20+ years of professional experience in for-profit organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies, she brings invaluable expertise to her teaching in the Department of International Business and Marketing at Cal Poly Pomona. Chen Shah is deeply committed to experiential and service learning, including social impact marketing. She has collaborated with numerous community partners, coaching students to develop marketing solutions that alleviate business pain points. Dedicated to teaching future generations that participation is vital to sustainable communities, she leads by example in demonstrating meaningful engagement can take place in any function and any organization.
