Jamie Ray

Jamie Ray came to KWIP with years of experience working with reentry organizations in Colorado. Jamie coordinates Legislation Inside, an innovative program that she first started at the Second Chance Center and then brought to KWIP. Through LI, incarcerated representatives at prisons across Colorado learn about the legislative process, take positions on pending bills, and introduce legislation on issues important to the incarcerated population.

Jamie earned her JD from the the University of Denver in 2023. At KWIP, she works with law students in screening applications for assistance and assists on cases in active investigation and litigation.
