We support student success and provide resources that challenge us all to grow.

Student support starts in middle school, with our pre-college academic enrichment programs for students and their families. We work with community partners around Colorado and beyond to increase college accessibility for first-generation and low-income students. Once students arrive on campus, our office connects them to academic support, community-building activities, resources and workshops focused on developing their identity and more. We oversee several programs that promote diversity in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

For staff and faculty, we offer trainings and workshops that build a culture of belonging and engagement, and consult on requests related to campus diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
