We support student success and provide resources that challenge us all to grow.

Student support starts in middle school, with our precollege academic enrichment programs for students and their families. We work with community partners around Colorado and beyond to increase college accessibility for first-generation and low-income students. Once students arrive on campus, our office connects them to academic support, scholarships and resources. We also support community-based learning, social action and intersectional identity development that fosters a growth mindset and encourages peer-to-peer advocacy. We oversee several programs that promote diversity in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

For staff and faculty, we offer conferences, trainings and workshops that build a culture of belonging and engagement, and consult on requests related to campus diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
