The Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement (ODECE) is hosting eight identically-formatted sessions regarding the draft of the campus Inclusion, Diversity and Excellence in Academics (IDEA) Plan (formerly called the Diversity, Inclusion and Academic Excellence Plan). Faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to attend these conversational sessions and participate in a dialogue about the IDEA Plan and furthering initiatives for making excellence inclusive.

The sessions are open to everyone and you may attend as many sessions as you like. You can attend remotely via Zoom: this link will work for all of the sessions. You may also submit written feedback in the form of a 2-page paper for the Revising Committee via our online form.
