The Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement (ODECE) hosted eight identically-formatted sessions regarding the draft of the campus Inclusion, Diversity and Excellence in Academics (IDEA) Plan (formerly called the Diversity, Inclusion and Academic Excellence Plan). Faculty, staff, and students attended conversational sessions and participated in a dialogue about the IDEA Plan and furthering initiatives for making excellence inclusive.

The open feedback window has closed and the Revising Committee is working on revising the draft IDEA Plan.
