Kelsey Draper has worked at CU Boulder for five years in the Department of Infrastructure & Sustainability as the employee development manager. He is the program manager for the Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP), and the co-founder of the Infrastructure & Sustainability Inclusive Excellence Committee (ISIEC). Draper helped develop the Frontline Service Worker Computer Literacy Program, and the Staff Exchange Program with colleges/schools across the Front Range. Draper serves as chair of the Chancellor’s Committee on Race and Ethnicity (CCORE) and is a member of Staff Council. Prior to working at CU Draper was a Field Training Officer for the Colorado Department of Corrections. In his free-time Draper enjoys spending time with his five year old son, where they enjoy camping, skiing, rafting and all things outdoors.  He looks forward to obtaining his scuba certificate with the hopes of joining a local Search and Rescue Department.
