What We Do
The Chancellor's Committee for Women (CCW) advocates for equity and full participation for women/women-identified persons on the campus. As a representative committee, our collective experience is diverse and proactive. We:
For the past 1.5 years we held Listening Lunches where we gathered information about what is important to women on campus. These findings have guided our work; initatives have included lactation room mapping, intersectional work with other groups, and data transparency for pay equity.

Do you know someone at CU Boulder who is an advocate for women? Or a department that continually works to improve the campus climate? Nominations of students, faculty, staff, departments or units are currently being accepted for the Chancellor’s Committee for Women (CCW) Advocacy Awards.
The Chancellor’s Committee for Women Advocacy Awards recognize the efforts of staff, faculty, and students who tirelessly work towards building and advocating for a more inclusive, gender-equitable climate at CU Boulder. The recipient will receive a $500 award.
