Currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Oceanography at the University of Hawaii (10/2025) ~~~ Brief Bio: Hillary Beckmeyer is a senior ATOC major at CU Boulder. Her independent study project during the summer of 2021 examines how oceanic barrier layers are represented in the latest generation of global climate models, and how such models predict barrier layers will respond to global climate change.
