Camila Uzcategui

Camila is a PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering at University of Colorado Boulder working on 3D printing for tissue engineering. She works on understanding and developing new materials for 3D printing to match the native environment of bone and cartilage tissue. She earned a B.S. in Physics from Florida International University in Miami, and is originally from Maracay, Venezuela. Camila is passionate about increasing diversity in STEM through mentorship and outreach.
