Enhance and hold accountable inclusive leadership practices that foster a sense of trust, inclusion and respect between supervisors and their direct reports.

The percentage of OIEC staff who agree or strongly agree that their Supervisor engages in inclusive leadership practices that foster a sense of trust, inclusion, and respect improved from 86% in 2023 to 94% in 2025; this represents a 9% increase from 2023 to 2025.
Action 3
Expand discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct education and prevention efforts to enhance OIEC's impact on knowledge and skill-building.
Status – Complete
Assessment
OIEC expanded in-person sexual misconduct prevention education for key student groups: Greek Life leadership and members, student-athletes, residence hall residents, and student clubs and organizations. In AY 2023-24, 4375 students completed a 60-90 minute session, an increase of 43.2% over the 3055 students who completed an in-person session in AY 2022-23.
