Percy Suchanek

Percy Suchanek (they/them/theirs) is a creative technologist and multimedia designer based out of Boulder, Colorado. In May 2022, Percy graduated from CU Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Creative Technology & Design as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production. Their focus is in graphic and web design as well as user experience design. In Percy's work, they focus on creating designs that are accessible, inclusive, and overall welcoming. They hope their unique views and design perspectives will create products that not only meet user and stakeholder demands but go far beyond them.

Percy is an advocate for blending art and creative expression with STEM practices, and they have enjoyed doing research around physical computation and STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, arts, & math). In their undergraduate career, they were a member of the ACME Lab in ATLAS and created a paper circuit pop-up book for their senior capstone; the project highlighted the importance of presenting STEAM practices to children at an earlier age in their lives.
