Course Topics
The Intro to SAS short courses provide an introduction to SAS statistical software and is intended for people that have little or no experience using SAS. Part 1 of the two course series contains two sections. The first section provides an introduction to the SAS environment, including a detailed description of SAS programs and datasets. The second section describes methods used to manipulate data. This description includes combining and subsetting data and the creation of new variables. This short course will be conducted in a computer lab and attendees will program the SAS code along with the instructor.
