Course Topics
This short course provides an introduction to SAS statistical software and is intended for people that have little or no experience using SAS. The course will be broken down into 3 sections. The first section introduces SAS datasets and the process of importing data into SAS. Section 2 provides an overview of the procedures that can be used to summarize the datasets such as descriptive statistics, plots, and frequency tables. Section 3 will describe common procedures that are used for statistical analysis including correlation, association, ANOVA, linear regression, and logistic regression. This short course will be conducted in a computer lab and attendees will program the SAS code along with the instructor.
