Vicente Garcia

Vicente is a third-year undergraduate studying Mechanical Engineering. He is an international student at CU and will be graduating in 2028. This summer (2026), he is working on characterizing landfill methane through a low-cost ground-based sensor network. Vicente enjoys exploring Colorado’s outdoors, cycling in Boulder, and connecting with other international students on campus. He is also passionate about transportation development, with an interest in sustainable and low-emission transit systems.
