Lauren Ohler

Hi y'all! I'm a Texas-Ex who joined the Brumbaugh lab to pursue my interests in developmental and stem cell biology! At UT Austin I did undergraduate research in the Dickinson lab studying cell polarity in early embryonic development. I decided to pursue grad school after learning about the need for more female focused reproductive health research, and I'm so excited to work on trophoblast biology and to better understand how the placenta develops in my PhD. In my free time I like to run, ski, hike, and watch Survivor!
