Melanie Gamboa

Melanie Gamboa is a recent graduate from Bucknell University, where she received her B.S. in Environmental Engineering. While at Bucknell, she performed Microbial Source Tracking on bacteria impaired streams in Union County, PA. Melanie is now a Ph.D. student in Environmental Engineering who is interested in water reuse and UV disinfection on microbial communities. She is passionate about providing safe and clean drinking and surface water for everyone to enjoy. Outside of the lab, Melanie enjoys dancing, skiing, and spending time outside.
