Katherine Dowdell was a graduate student with Dr. Linden from 2011-2012 and graduated with a MS in Civil Engineering. During her time at the University of Colorado Boulder she researched biofiltration following advanced oxidation – impact on contaminant toxicity. After graduation, she went on to work as an Environmental Engineer at CDM Smith in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan.
