Peña Station Next is a developing district close to the Denver International Airport that has ambitious goals to become a net-zero energy smart and sustainable community. CU Boulder in collaboration with NREL, Panasonic, Fulenwider, and Xcel Energy has been exploring how different building and electricity storage and generation options can accomplish this goal.
