ASIRT joins AFRL Autonomy Research Collaboration Network

The Autonomous Systems IRT has joined the Air Force Research Laboratory Autonomy Research Collaboration Network (ARCNet) on behalf of CU Boulder.

ARCNet is a new mechanism AFRL is using to create and fund work in the area of autonomy. It is a collaboration of industry and academic members working together to expedite the development of technology and to address current and future Air Force technological needs. ARCNet’s vision is too develop public/private partnerships to assist the United States Air Force, and other funding activities, with research, prototyping, and commercialization of products in the fields of autonomy, precision navigation and timing, and cyber/physical systems.

Questions about the network and the research opportunities with it can be directed to ASIRT Director Eric Frew, Research Development Manager Bill Doe or Manager for Research Facilitation Linda Rose in the Research Support Office.
