Meaghan Allyn

Meaghan Allyn joined the Foundation Relations team at CU Boulder Advancement in July 2025 to strengthen institutional relationships with private foundations, and to guide faculty in securing philanthropic support for their transformational research.

Meaghan brings over a decade of experience working with individual donors, foundations, government clients, and industry partners. Prior to her new role as the Assistant Director, she led student outreach and workforce development activities under a $6 million multi-institutional US Space Force award at the University of Colorado Boulder’s aerospace department. Previous to that, Meaghan directed student scholarship communities at the Colorado School of Mines.

Originally from Syracuse, NY, Meaghan earned her B.A. from Dartmouth College and her MA in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In her free time, she enjoys cooking from Melissa Clark’s fabulous recipe books, reading fiction, hiking, traveling, and growing cherry tomatoes with her partner, Doug.
