Alyssa Baines joined the IFR team at CU Boulder in September 2023 after serving for two years on CU Boulder law school’s advancement team. Alyssa has over a decade of experience in the advancement field in both higher education and academic medical systems. At CU Boulder, Alyssa works with industry partners to secure support for faculty research and campus initiatives in energy, environmental and sustainability sectors.

Alyssa originally hails from Boston and earned her BA from Boston College and is currently in process of obtaining her MBA from CU Denver. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time on water, inventing new dishes in the kitchen, and exploring Colorado with her husband and their two golden retrievers.
