All conference participants have to join ANHS before they can register for the conference.

Once you have registered with ANHS, you can register for the HSC V conference at: http://anhs.wildapricot.org/event-2435783. You will need your ANHS email and password in order to register for the conference. We encourage you to register as early as possible for the conference.

Information about conference rates and early bird registration is below:

Faculty/Researchers

$105 Early Bird Registration (by April 15th) 
$125 Regular Registration (extented until July 15th)

Graduate Students

$75 Early Bird Student Registration (by April 15th) 
$95 Regular Student Registration (extented until July 15th)

Conference Participants may bring a spouse, partner, or child for an additional $50 to cover meals.
Onsite registration will be available (by cash or check only) for an additional $25 fee.

Everyone is warmly invited to a welcome dinner on Friday, September 1st at 7pm, in our conference venue, the Eaton-Humanities building at CU Boulder, after our opening plenary session at 6pm in Humanities 1B50. Each morning of the conference, we will provide bagels along with tea, coffee, and chai. There will be a catered lunch on each day of the conference, except Monday. For dinner on Saturday and Sunday, here is a list of local restaurants to explore.

Pre-Conference Session

Gradute students have the option, when registering, to sign up for a pre-conference session for graduate students with Charles Ramble of Oxford University and CU Boulder Faculty. It will include presentations on the various phases of graduate research and time to workshop grant proposals in small groups.

The pre-conference session will take place from 10-2pm (with catered lunch) on Friday, September 1st in UMC 425. The cost is $15 to cover a catered lunch. There are only 25 spots for the pre-conference session. Please register early as admission will be on a "first come, first serve" basis.
